The service is targeted primarily at three categories of companies:
1 - companies that wish to have a registered office in Italy; 2 - companies that have no real place of business; 3 - companies do not want to risk "losing" important documents in the company for incompetence or the lightness of the staff work. It requires that the registered office of the company is located and registered at the Consulting company, and the place where the customer does carry on its business consists of a branch or operational. Is drawn up and signed between the partiesa contract of domicilig in which describes the main features of the service, the costs and obligations of each. A person in charge of the Consulting company will receive all notices of tax and legal acts who should be notified at the address, and to capture and report the ordinary correspondence. Communications are in fact regularly registered, and the customer is informed of their stock, taking care of them, himself, if he wishes. The service therefore allows the customer to have confidence in the management of communications and notifications to your company, thanks to the personnel available, and highly cost content.
